Before making a request
Submitting the form does not confirm a booking. Agree on the details with the studio and check its booking confirmation. Payment status is shown separately.

Submitting a provisional booking does not trigger payment. Confirm the total, including tax and additional fees, and the terms with the studio. If a payment button is displayed, check the total saved for that submission before proceeding.
Changes, cancellation & refunds
How and where to request changes or cancellation: Details coming soon. For actual applications, we propose checking your name, receipt number, booking date and time or order details, and requested change or cancellation. We will also explain how to determine that your request has been received before applications open. Deadlines and conditions for changing the booking date and time, number of people or production details: Details coming soon. Organizing your preferred mood, expressions and lettering before applying makes it easier to communicate what you want. Artwork includes interpretation according to the style and is not guaranteed to look exactly like a photograph. Whether and how work can be checked during production: Details coming soon. We plan to distinguish changes requested by you from responses to work that differs from the agreed production details. Use of photos & artwork
If portraits from photos become available, we propose accepting materials for which the right to use them for production can be verified, such as photos you have prepared yourself. Please respect the copyright in photos and the privacy of the people shown. How consent will be checked when using photos of other people or minors: Details coming soon. Copyright arrangements for completed artwork, permitted uses by purchasers, and conditions for reproduction, editing, posting on social media and commercial use: Details coming soon. How to consult us and any additional conditions for advertising, merchandise, logos or similar uses: Details coming soon. If customers’ photos, names or completed artwork are posted on the studio’s website or social media, the proposed policy is to seek permission separately from the production request, specifying the content, medium and purpose.
